Our warranty is a part of our Purchase Agreement
Warranties
To the extent authorized, Contractor will transfer to the Client the manufacturer’s warranty upon installation of the screens.
A. No Break-In Guarantee. If one of the screens purchased under this Agreement - despite being properly locked - is successfully breached and if a burglary occurs, the Contractor will pay the Client 's theft deductible (up to $3000) and replace the breached security screen free of charge. An official police report is required.
B. 15 Year Warranty on Parts and Labor The Contractor does not make any expressed or implied warranties and the screens are provided “AS IS,” except that the Contractor will provide parts and labor to the extent not covered by manufacturer’s warranty, EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN, THE CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON PRODUCTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICES AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Warranty assumes the Client performs periodic maintenance as required. Warranty does not cover Acts of God or settling of the structure that the screens are mounted on. If the Client , his or her representative or agent or any non-Contractor’s personnel tamper with any part of the screens, the warranty becomes null and void. The warranties are transferable to the purchaser of the Client ’s property.
