Maksat “Max” Zhusipbek - Houston Business Owner

Carlyon Christian, a first-generation immigrant and father of three, embodies the spirit of the American dream as a serial entrepreneur. Originally from the Caribbean island of Dominica, Carlyon moved to the United States at 20 to study Computer Science at Georgia State University. During his college years, he launched Tradestage, a platform akin to eBay for college students to buy and sell textbooks at fair prices, bypassing bookstore markups. Concurrently, he founded K-3 Technologies, an internet marketing firm catering to a diverse clientele from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

In 2013, Carlyon faced a new challenge when his son was born with multiple allergies, prompting a shift in focus towards health-conscious solutions. This experience led to the founding of Green Maids, an Atlanta-based home cleaning service dedicated to using non-toxic cleaning products. Within a few years, Green Maids became Atlanta's largest cleaning service, employing a team of over 40 professionals.

Outside of his entrepreneurial pursuits, Carlyon enjoys exercising and traveling with his family, capturing his experiences through amateur drone videos. He has a passion for aviation, regularly attending airshows and building various radio-controlled aircraft in his spare time.
